Job Title: Manager Tour&Travels > Ticket Executive Location: [Faridabad] Department: Operations / Customer Service Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticket Executive to manage ticket bookings, handle customer queries, and ensure seamless ticketing operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in using ticketing platforms, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling across various platforms (e.g., airline, Ticket packeg traveling). Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, and policies. Assist customers in resolving booking-related issues via phone, email, or in person. Ensure timely issuance of tickets and confirmation to clients. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and generate daily reports. Coordinate with vendors, agents, and service providers for bulk/group bookings. Manage refund and compensation procedures in accordance with company policies. Upsell travel-related services when appropriate (e.g., insurance, upgrades). Stay updated on industry policies, fare structures, and seasonal offers. Handle urgent and last-minute bookings professionally under pressure. Requirements:High 12th school or bachelor's degree (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in ticketing or a customer-facing role. Proficiency in ticketing software (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Air Ticket etc. depending on industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of reservation and travel policies is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities (depending on customer base). Experience in handling corporate or group bookings. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

URGENT HIRNG : Manager Tour&Travels > Ticket Executive ( READ JOB DESCRIPTION) Location: Faridabad Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month Key Responsibilities: Create and customize domestic/international tour packages as per client requirements Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings Upsell additional services (e.g., activities, insurance, luxury upgrades) Coordinate travel arrangements including tickets, accommodations, and itineraries Provide post-booking support and maintain client satisfaction Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in tour operations, ticketing, or customer-facing roles Good knowledge of ticketing software like Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Air Ticket, etc. Strong communication, upselling, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and itineraries
