Description: We are looking for a full-time Trip Planner Holiday Consultant to join our team. As a Tour operations manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and organizing customized trip itineraries for our individual and group customers to various destinations around the world. This is an on-site role. Qualifications & Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in organizing Domestic and International customized holiday packages ie FIT Packages for B2C clients ,and other associated travel bookings Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively Excellent knowledge of popular tourist destinations around the world and current travel trends Bachelor's degree or equivalent Fluent in written and spoken English, and one or more regional languages RESPONSIBILITIES To discuss travel plans with Sales Team and Design Itinerary According to the requirements Work on Said Plan Co-ordinating with vendors and using Online Portals Designing said itinerary in a convenient and cost effective way as per client brief Book hotels and vehicles as per itinerary and other services as per client request
