Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager – International & Domestic Tours located in Kochi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating tour operations, managing tour schedules and itineraries, liaising with vendors and clients, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves budget management, problem resolution during tours, and staff supervision. The Manager will be expected to develop strategic plans to enhance operational efficiencies and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Management and leadership skills relevant to overseeing operations and staff
• Experience in international and domestic tour planning and coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and client relationship management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations and best practices
