Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Operation Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting tours while ensuring an exceptional travel experience for our clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create vouchers, check invoices, and handle all tour operations
• Coordinate passenger and guide details; communicate with suppliers
• Follow up on client check-ins and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Sales team and suppliers for a seamless experience
• Manage reservations, bookings, and travel documents

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, IATA, IAPA, or a related field
• 1+ year experience in tour operations or a similar role
• Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
