Roles and Responsibilities Manage tour operations from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and timely completion of tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. Monitor and control costs associated with tours, identifying areas for improvement where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in tour operations or a related field (travel agency background preferred). Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Com in Travel And Tourism or BHM in Travel and Tourism Management). Strong communication & negotiation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused approach. Proficiency in MS Office; good knowledge of international destinations, flights, and visa procedures.
