Tour Operation Executive

The Operation Executive in the Tourism industry is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational aspects of tour packages and travel services. The role involves preparing detailed tour itineraries, handling bookings, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth execution of tours to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and customized tour itineraries for individual and group travelers.
• Plan, organize, and manage domestic and international tour operations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other vendors for seamless arrangements.
• Handle client bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary modifications.
• Prepare travel documents, vouchers, and other operational materials.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and vendor agreements.
• Assist in designing and pricing tour packages as per market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in travel operations or tour management (freshers may also apply).
• Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional travel for inspection or coordination.
