Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Goa for a Tour Leader(Ambassador). The Tour Leader will be responsible for conducting guided tours, providing excellent customer service, conducting research, and training new team members. The role also involves coordination with vendors to ensure seamless experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Guided Tours and working with Tour Operators
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to conduct Research relevant to tour planning and execution
• Experience in training new team members is a plus point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on-site in North Goa
• A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
