The position available is for a Tour Leader located in Jodhpur on a part-time on-site basis. As a Tour Leader, your primary responsibilities will include conducting guided tours, delivering exceptional customer service, researching tour locations, providing training to new team members, and collaborating with tour operators to ensure seamless operations. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in conducting Guided Tours and collaborating with Tour Operators. Your Customer Service skills should be top-notch, and you should also have a background in conducting Research. Additionally, having prior experience in providing training and possessing strong communication and interpersonal abilities are key requirements for this position. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. While not mandatory, experience in the travel and tourism industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred for this role.
