Tour Executive

We are hiring a Tour Operator with 1–4 years of hands-on experience in the travel and tourism field. The person in this role will manage client travel plans, handle coordination with vendors, and ensure every tour runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client details and maintain accurate travel records.

• Plan and organize domestic and international travel itineraries.

• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.

• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and meet their travel needs.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.

• Resolve any issues or changes during trips quickly and professionally.

• Follow up with clients for feedback and future travel planning.

• Work closely with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution of tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a tour operations or travel management role.

• Good knowledge of destinations, travel planning, and booking procedures.

• Proficient with MS Office and basic travel management tools.

• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

• Expertise in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism to develop and manage exceptional travel experiences.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations to enhance client satisfaction and manage bookings seamlessly.

• Experience in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a tourism-related context.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tours and clients effectively.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations, destinations, and cultural nuances is a plus.
