Tour Executive

• Plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to client needs, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and tours.
• Coordinate and manage logistics by liaising with travel service providers, tour guides, and accommodation vendors.
• Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive travel assistance before, during, and after trips.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and correspondence.
• Promote and sell travel packages, special offers, and additional services.
• Address travel issues quickly, offering solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
• Monitor feedback, customer satisfaction, and help build repeat business through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agencies or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in using travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
