Job Description

Plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to client needs, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and tours.
Coordinate and manage logistics by liaising with travel service providers, tour guides, and accommodation vendors.
Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive travel assistance before, during, and after trips.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and correspondence.
Promote and sell travel packages, special offers, and additional services.
Address travel issues quickly, offering solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
Monitor feedback, customer satisfaction, and help build repeat business through excellent service.

Qualifications

Experience in travel agencies or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in using travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
