Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Tour Package Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing customized tour packages, interacting with clients, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize domestic & international tour packages as per client requirements.
• Interact with customers to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable packages.
• Handle hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers for smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of current travel trends, destinations, and offers.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details for clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Assist in after-sales service and resolve client queries promptly.

Requirements

• Graduate/ Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Tour Executive / Package Executive in the travel industry.
• Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations, hotels, and travel services.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
