Tour coordinators

As a Travel Package Designer in our team, you will play a key role in creating exceptional travel experiences for our clients. You should ideally hold a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Having certifications in Travel Planning, Tour Management, or similar qualifications will be an added advantage. Your previous experience in designing travel packages, planning itineraries, or offering travel consultation services will be highly valued. A good understanding of various destinations, tourist attractions, and accommodations both domestically and internationally is crucial. Experience in collaborating with travel suppliers and vendors will be beneficial for this role. Your role will require strong creative and analytical skills to craft unique and captivating travel experiences for our clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client and supplier interactions. Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to create well-structured itineraries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and travel booking platforms is expected. You should possess good negotiation skills to secure competitive rates from suppliers. The ability to manage multiple packages and clients simultaneously while adhering to deadlines is important in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
