Tour Consultant

We are looking for a Tour Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, preparing customized travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Design and share customized tour packages (domestic & international).
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and ground partners for bookings and confirmations.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• Meet sales and service targets as defined by the company.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Tour Consultant / Travel Executive in the travel & tourism sector.
• Strong knowledge of international & domestic destinations, flights, and hotel booking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software/booking portals (Amadeus/Galileo/Traventry or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple clients at once.
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preferably in Tourism/Commerce/Business).
• Certification in IATA or Tourism Management (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
