Tour consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients and recommend suitable tour packages.
• Create customized itineraries and quotations.
• Manage fixed departures, including scheduling, coordination, and confirmations.
• Book flights, hotels, transport, and activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure accurate, timely arrangements.
• Provide end-to-end customer service from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
• Offer visa/travel guidance and handle changes or special requests.
• Maintain booking records, process invoices, and prepare basic sales reports.
• Stay updated on travel trends and promotions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of destinations and travel products.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in travel or customer service roles preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
