As a Travel Consultant, your role involves providing personalized travel advice and services to clients to ensure memorable and hassle-free experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Client Consultation: Understand client preferences, goals, and budgets to offer expert advice on travel destinations, transportation options, accommodation choices, and unique experiences. - Customized Itinerary Planning: Create bespoke travel plans tailored to individual client interests, encompassing activities, sightseeing tours, dining experiences, and lodging arrangements. - Booking & Coordination: Manage reservations for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours, ensuring all bookings align with client expectations and preferences. - Travel Documentation & Logistics: Assist clients with visa applications, insurance arrangements, currency exchange, and compliance with travel regulations to facilitate smooth and stress-free journeys. - Customer Support: Provide responsive assistance from initial inquiries to post-travel feedback, addressing any issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction. - Destination Expertise: Stay informed about global travel trends, cultural insights, and destination updates to offer informed recommendations and enrich client travel experiences. - Sales & Promotion: Contribute to marketing initiatives, negotiate competitive rates with suppliers, and foster business growth through client engagement and referrals. - Crisis Management: Handle travel disruptions and emergencies such as delays, health issues, or itinerary changes efficiently and with a focus on customer care. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven sales strategies. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Additionally, you should have at least 10 years of experience in MICE Sales and the Travel Industry, as well as fluency in English. The work location for this role is in person.
