Job Title: Hotel & Tour Booking Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel & Tour Booking Executive to handle hotel reservations, tour package bookings, and itinerary coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel destinations, and experience with booking systems and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel, tour, and activity bookings as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators for availability and rates.
• Prepare customized itineraries and travel proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Ensure all bookings are confirmed and documented accurately.
• Resolve booking issues, cancellations, or changes promptly.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and client preferences.
• Assist in negotiating rates and building vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in travel booking/reservations.
• Familiarity with hotel/tour booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, B2B portals).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
