Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct TPM activities such as audits, training sessions, and implementation of best practices to improve equipment effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions using kaizen principles. Develop and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices (SOPs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TPM initiatives into overall business operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards achieving total productive maintenance goals. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preferably in an industrial automation industry setting. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; relevant certifications like NDT Level II would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing System, 5S System, Continuous Improvement methodologies like Kaizen & Six Sigma Black belt.
