Role & responsibilities "Strong understanding of Siemens and Delta PLCs, HMIs, and Drives." "Hands-on experience in programming Siemens and Delta PLCs, HMIs, and Drives." "Proficient in communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus RTU, and Ethernet/IP." "Strong working knowledge of electrical circuits, including reading schematics and troubleshooting." "Systematic approach with proficiency in documentation." "Capable of performing wiring activities by referencing electrical drawings." Preferred candidate profile Technical Expertise PLC, HMI & Drives: Proficiency in programming and configuring Siemens and Delta PLCs, HMIs, and Drives. Hands-on experience with Siemens S7-1200/1500, Delta DVP series, and related HMI/Drive models. Communication Protocols: In-depth knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Modbus RTU, and Ethernet/IP. Experience in setting up and troubleshooting network communications between automation devices. Electrical Systems: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, including the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Experience in wiring, panel building, and system integration. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of SCADA systems and their integration with PLCs. Core Competencies Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy in designs, wiring, and documentation. Documentation Skills: Proficient in maintaining detailed records, including wiring diagrams, system configurations, Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Soft Skills Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and other departments. Leadership: Potential to mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Industry Experience Essential: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical and Electronics automation engineering roles.
