Position Summary: The Lead FP&A (Business Finance) is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cess imvement. This role involves collaborating with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs, monitor budget performance, and vide financial to support strategic decision-making. Job Responsibilities: IN ORDER TO lead financial planning: - Lead the annual operating budget of the organization and ensure department-wise budgets are set at the beginning of the year. - Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting cesses. - Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and viding recommendations for corrective actions. IN ORDER TO conduct financial analysis: - Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis. - vide into business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other relevant metrics.
