Position Summary: The Lead FP&A (Business Finance) is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cess imvement. Job Responsibilities: IN ORDER TO lead financial planning: - Lead the annual operating budget of the organization and ensure department-wise budgets are set at the beginning of the year. - Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting cesses. - Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and viding recommendations for corrective actions. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct TPM activities such as audits, training sessions, and implementation of best practices to improve equipment effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions using kaizen principles. Develop and maintain documentation related to maintenance procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices (SOPs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TPM initiatives into overall business operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards achieving total productive maintenance goals. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preferably in an industrial automation industry setting. Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; relevant certifications like NDT Level II would be an added advantage. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing System, 5S System, Continuous Improvement methodologies like Kaizen & Six Sigma Black belt.
