Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our team as a TOSCA Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and experience with TOSCA Testsuite.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for complex software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests using TOSCA Testsuite.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, working with development teams to resolve issues.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for testing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with TOSCA Testsuite and automation testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Ability to design and execute tests that meet business requirements.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
