Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Tosca Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and execution of Tosca-based test automation frameworks.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to automation teams.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test automation scope and strategy.
Drive Tosca test suite optimization, maintenance, and execution across multiple projects.
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.) for continuous testing.
Define and enforce Tosca automation standards, reusability guidelines, and governance models.
Conduct POCs and evaluate Tosca capabilities to expand automation coverage across APIs, UI, SAP, and DB validations.
Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights on test automation effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ years of IT/QA experience with strong focus on
Test Automation
.
5+ years of hands-on experience in
Tosca TestSuite (modules, test cases, execution lists, requirements mapping, etc.)
.
Experience in
CI/CD integration
with Tosca.
Strong knowledge of
Agile methodologies
and DevOps-driven testing practices.
Hands-on expertise in
API Testing (Tosca API Scan), DB validations, and SAP testing
using Tosca.
Proven experience in
leading Tosca teams
, conducting code reviews, and implementing automation best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and stakeholder management abilities)

Good to Have (Certification)

TOSCA AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS, TQL certifications
are highly desirable.
ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification.
