Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  tools, dies, and fixtures

  for

  Die Casting

  and

  Sand Casting

  applications.
• Create and review

  3D models & 2D drawings

  using

  Creo (Pro/E)

  .
• Apply

  GD&T

  principles to ensure accuracy and functional performance.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for tool validation and improvements.
• Optimize designs for cost-efficiency, manufacturability, and performance.
• Handle design changes and technical documentation effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Tool & Die Engineering.

• 3 to 8 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Tool Design

  for casting processes.
• Proficiency in

  Creo (Pro/E)

  and solid understanding of

  GD&T

  .
• Good knowledge of casting materials, tolerances, and machining.
• Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
