You will be responsible for designing and developing tools, creating detailed CAD models, and ensuring precise mechanical engineering calculations. Your daily tasks will include working closely with manufacturing teams to oversee the injection molding process, conducting product design and analysis, and improving tooling efficiency and performance. This is a Contract engagement (initially for 11 months, extendable based on performance), on-site role for a Tools Design Engineer located in Hyderabad. Responsibility: - Hands-on CAD/CAM/CAE & CNC (Creo, UG-NX, AutoCAD). - Design of Injection Moulds, Die Casting Dies, Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures. - Expertise in compound, progressive, and deep drawing press tools. - CAD modeling (mould/sheet metal) & 2D drawings Creo preferred. - Proficient in GD&T, manufacturability & cost analysis. - Assemble, validate & prove out tool designs. - Independently handle tool design & tryout. - Cross-functional coordination & communication. - Involvement in R&D projects & conceptual tooling/automation designs.
