Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role to complete mould assembly as per schedule To solve truble shooting assembly and trail. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: To carefully study the drawing AND carry out Processing and manufacturing of Moulds Parts To Interact with all departments to Process review To carry out Bench Work and make assembly of Moulds To Ensure the all parts which are assembled in the mould according BOM To make Dimension review and ensure correct dimensions as required To involve in proper planning of the sequence of process Interacting with other departments for the completion of mould parts like, core, cavity, etc. Attending mould trials/pilot run at in-house and subcontractor location Maintaining of all related records for Work Orders To work in the manner of ensuring zero defect product To be keen in continuous improvement i.e., reduce cycle time of manufacturing / assembling, improve efficiency, productivity etc., Show more Show less
