Qualification - DME/B.E
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Package - 3 LPA to 3.25 LPA

Employment Type: Fulltime onsite

• Knowledge of CNC
• Bore Grinding
• Surface Grinding
• Quality and Production.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Tool Design and Development: Creating detailed designs and blueprints for tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures using CAD/CAM software.
• Tool Manufacturing: Fabricating tools using various machining processes such as milling, turning, grinding, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and CNC machining.
• Tool Maintenance and Repair: Conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing damaged or worn-out tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control procedures to verify that tools meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Collaborating with production engineers to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes through better tooling solutions.
• Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving tooling-related issues that may arise during production.
• Material Selection: Choosing appropriate materials for tool construction based on factors such as durability, wear resistance, and cost.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of tool designs, manufacturing processes, and maintenance activities.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in tooling technology and machining techniques.
