Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fixtures, jigs, gauges, and tooling using PTC Creo (formerly Pro/ENGINEER). Work closely with manufacturing engineers and production teams to understand requirements and develop optimized tool designs. Create detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation for fabrication and assembly. Perform tolerance analysis and ensure compliance with GD&T standards. Participate in design reviews, FMEA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support prototype build and testing of fixtures, providing modifications based on feedback. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of tools and fixtures. Ensure designs comply with safety and ergonomic standards.
