Role – Tool Crib Engineer

Location – Shirwal

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for Fixture Setting and tool Setting for CNC functions at the shop floor & contribute to the profitability of machines.

Expectations:

• Working in shift timings as allocated

• Instrumentation Knowledge

Responsibilities • Tool selection of new product development, Programming & ERP knowledge.

• Able to take work offsets tool

• Depth of cutting tool knowledge, Cutting parameters knowledge.

• Knowledge in Cutting Tools

• Cycle time Reduction

• Maintaining tooling stock,Inventory,Ordering tools as needed.

• Impliment new tools,conducting trials,Reduce cycle time,CPC,Improve productivity. • Optimise machining process,Process knowledge,Reduce down time,Manpower handling.

• Independently problem solving.

• Tool crib management and maintaining accurate data.

• Handling tool pre-setter

• Maintaing store & purchase related activities.

• 5S,Kaizen,Poka-Yoke,KAN-BAN

• Instruments Knowledge

Reporting: The role will report to Lead Member / Leader Qualification: Diploma/ BE – Mechanical/Production

Experience: 4 to 6 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
