Machine Shop Quality

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards are met in the manufacturing unit. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and coordinating the manpower for quality assurance. - Releasing jobs for the next process after inspection. - Conducting quality inspections for WPS, PQR, and WPQ. - Resolving any issues or errors occurring in the manufacturing shop. - Preparing reviews for the jobs. - Performing critical dimension checking and non-destructive checking for various jobs. - Conducting visual inspections for various processes in the machine shop. - Interpreting observations and following up accordingly. - Reporting any delays or issues to the lead member. - Coordinating and communicating with all functions and departments. In terms of qualifications, you should have a minimum of Diploma/B.E in Mechanical or Production. The company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
