Job_Description":" About Role: We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 4+ years of experience to create and execute test plans, ensure software quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role involves performing various types of testing (functional, regression, etc.), using tools like Selenium and JIRA, and supporting an agile framework. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success. Create test cases and test plans with a good understanding of product features and business process. Complete assigned test cases and test plans in a timely fashion. Deliver all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing. Design, develop and run test suites using Quality Test tools and frameworks to perform functional testing of the application. Responsible for high quality of assigned projects from software Quality Testing through final User Acceptance Testing. Participate in product and feature design with developers, product managers, and business systems analysts. Diagnose, track and manage quality issues to resolution. Perform both black box and white box testing of the applications as required. Actively support our agile framework - including establishing scrum team roles, tools and practices. Follow QA team processes and standards and actively contribute to process improvements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. Strong Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP, or similar. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
