As a Sales Executive at our dynamic and rapidly growing company, your primary focus will be to enhance the distribution and sales network within the assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include increasing the number of SIM & Data Selling Outlets, ensuring optimal service to existing customers, and tailoring sales strategies based on market demographics. You will be expected to drive key distribution parameters such as Channel profitability and satisfaction while fostering strong relationships with Retailers and Field Sales Executives through active engagement programs. Additionally, you will work towards enhancing value for our Partners by implementing strategic marketing and merchandising activities. Market intelligence will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will be required to develop timely reports on customer trends and competitor performance. Collaboration with the network team to enhance mobile network quality in the markets will also be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to execute tasks with excellence, collaborate effectively with large teams, analyze data to derive insights, and demonstrate strong consultation, facilitation, and selling skills. An enterprising mindset and the capacity to engage and convince stakeholders will be beneficial. Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Excel, is required. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a full-time graduate degree, preferably an MBA/PGDM, and have 1-4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Telecom/FMCG industry.
