TM Implementation

As an employee in this position, you will have the following responsibilities: - Requirements gathering - Analysis - Creating SRS - Implementing software products - Conducting client trainings onsite and offsite - Developing help files - Creating other technical documentation related to projects - Managing change requests - Handling customer complaints - Working on product enhancement - Conducting unit testing The desired skill sets for this role include: - Experience in software projects implementation - Business analysis skills - Proficiency in requirements gathering - Strong interaction skills with top management and functional experts - Excellent training skills - Technical documentation expertise in SRS, BRD, etc. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering / Computer Applications - Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience - Project Experience: Proven expertise in implementing large, complex software projects - Product Experience: Proven expertise in implementing software products for demanding clients - Desired soft skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills, commitment, dependability, teamwork, consistency, ability to work under pressure, punctuality, discipline, ethical behavior, and meeting client deadlines.
