TM Implementation

As an employee in this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Requirements gathering - Analysis - SRS creation - Implementation of software products - Conducting client training both onsite and offsite - Creating help files - Developing other technical documentation related to the project - Managing change requests - Handling customer complaints - Working on product enhancements - Conducting unit testing Desired skill sets for this role include: - Software projects implementation - Business analysis - Requirements gathering - Top management interaction skills - Functional experts interaction skills - Good training skills - Technical documentation skills (SRS, BRD, etc.) The ideal candidate profile for this position includes: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering / Computer Applications - Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience - Project Experience: Proven expertise in implementing large, complex software projects - Product Experience: Proven expertise in implementing large, complex software products with demanding clients - Desired soft skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills, commitment, dependability, teamwork, consistency, ability to work under pressure, punctuality, discipline, ethical behavior, and meeting client deadlines.
