Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hazaribag for a Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Team Leader (ATL) / Field Executive (FE) at Delhivery. The successful candidate will oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to company protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving operational issues promptly. The role also involves ensuring timely delivery of services, maintaining communication with clients, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
