TL SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Transmission Line (TL) Supervisor – Foundation Works to join our team for the KPTCL Project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in foundation works for 132kV and above transmission lines and be capable of managing all site-level activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day foundation work at transmission line sites.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, design, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers for smooth workflow.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Verify quantities and assist in billing or measurement-related activities.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in foundation works for 132kV and above transmission lines.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction practices.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle multiple site activities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in transmission line projects.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Education:

• Diploma or Btech in Civil / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
