Team Lead - Sourcing ManagerLocation:

Job Overview:

The Team Lead - Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, building strong partner relationships, and conducting market analysis to support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and secure channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall business goals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate developers.
Negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners to secure favorable conditions.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate with a focus on sourcing.
