Your Key Responsibilities To work in heat treatment department in shifts Achive targets of productivity , quality and delivery. Responsible for equipment efficiency in heat treatment Cross functional coordination with other departments to meet organizational goals. Inspection of heat treated components. Involve in the departmental initiatives like FFQ and MOVE. Responsible for maintaining all the necessary documentation as per TS requirements Involve in new heat treatment process establishments and projects. Your Qualifications Education – Diploma / BE ( Metallurgy ) Experience - 3 to 5 Years of experience in heat treatment operations Familiar with metallurgical inspection activities of heat treated components Experience of manpower handling in shifts As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
