Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 25+ CAT analysts, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
Monitor and manage peak and trough periods to maintain optimal team performance.
Ensure adherence to monthly SLA targets: Quality, TAT, and Productivity.
Provide strategic insights and guidance on catastrophe risk modelling methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, and risk managers, to align risk aggregation strategies.
Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and career development programs for the team.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely submission of catastrophe modelling reports.
Identify and address operational challenges to optimize exposure management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in catastrophe modelling, risk analytics, or exposure management.
Strong expertise in RMS/AIR models and exposure data management.
Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and data processing.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
