Title Wealth Cluster Head

The job's purpose is to lead all wealth management activities in the assigned territories/area, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share goals, establishing the Tata Capital Wealth Management brand, and delivering exceptional services to HNI and ultra HNI clients. You will be responsible for client engagement and relationship management, market research and analysis, financial planning and reporting, marketing and business development, Portfolio Performance Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Business Analytics. In client engagement and relationship management, you will address HNI and ultra HNI clients for investment requirements by offering an exclusive product bouquet and superior service delivery to help clients achieve their investment goals. You will also be responsible for profiling customers and providing financial products tailored to meet their needs, working closely with Relationship Managers to support client portfolios. For market research and analysis, you will conduct thorough research on investment products, financial markets, and economic trends to enhance client portfolios, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. In financial planning and reporting, you will guide in developing personalized financial plans, preparing accurate financial reports, and setting and achieving cluster-level business targets. As a leader, you will be responsible for establishing the Tata Capital Wealth Management Brand for the area, recruiting and nurturing talent, reviewing team performance, and co-owning clients of the team. Qualifications & Experience required for this role include a minimum of a Postgraduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline and 5-7 years of experience.
