Title Supervisor

Job Description:

- Oversee interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction

- Supervise and guide workers, contractors, and subcontractors

- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential issues

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

- Manage and coordinate logistics, materials, and equipment

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in interior construction supervision

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and industry regulations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

- Familiarity with project management software and tools
