We offer opportunities in Application development, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Service Maturity/Quality of Service, Reporting & Analytics, as well as 3rd Party SaaS products integrations. Our team consists of passionate product managers, engineers, and SREs who are focused on developing platforms and services to enhance the experience of Caregivers and enable them to provide better care to patients. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills in full-stack development and will work on the vision and roadmap of a product. They should excel in problem-solving and building end-to-end systems. Collaboration, a commitment to quality, and a focus on engineering excellence are essential. - Lead Components/Modules in an end-to-end system with ownership and emphasis on quality, schedule, and engineering excellence. - Scale up on solving design problems and support Manager and Senior Engineers in the team. - Code, test, deploy, and support features based on architectural parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, and Configurability. - Collaborate with the team to drive decision-making and roadmaps emphasizing outcomes. - Simplify complex problems/systems and demonstrate excellent debugging skills. - Practice code reuse and sharing across different components. A Day in the Life: - Collaborate closely with the team on delivery and roadmap execution while continuously evolving the product. - Partner with Engineering Manager and Principal Engineers to construct the product roadmap. - Work with the Service Engineering and Product Management team to ensure Quality of Service. - Collaborate with Global Engineering teams on shared objectives with a focus on outcomes. - Take ownership of technical choices and decisions for the product. Desired Candidate Profile: - 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical roles with a solid shipping background. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Experience in Business Intelligence Solutions, with a passion for data and creating insightful reports from large relational datasets. - Conceptual understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, indexing, partitioning, and parallel data processing. - Ability to write SQL/R/Python scripts or other scripting languages for data retrieval and analytics. - Proficiency in building reports using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. - Experience in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) is preferred. - Experience in the Healthcare domain would be a plus. - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.,
