Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills in full stack development and will work on the vision and roadmap of a product. They should excel at problem-solving and building end-to-end systems. The candidate should be collaborative, quality-driven, and focused on engineering excellence. - Lead Components/Modules in an end-to-end system with full ownership, emphasizing quality, schedule, and engineering excellence. - Scale up on solving design problems and assist Managers and Senior Engineers in the team. - Code, Test, Deploy, and Support features based on architecture parameters like Performance, Security, Reliability, Scalability, and Configurability. - Collaborate with the team to make decisions and set roadmaps with a focus on outcomes. - Simplify complex problems/systems and possess excellent debugging skills. - Practice code reusability and sharing across different components. A Day in the Life: - Work closely with the team on delivery and roadmap execution while continuously evolving the product. - Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Principal Engineers to build the product roadmap. - Work with the Service Engineering and Product Management team to ensure Quality of Service. - Collaborate with Global Engineering teams on shared goals with a focus on outcomes and a collaborative mindset. - Own the technical decisions and choices for the product. Qualifications: - 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical roles with a solid track record of shipping products. - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Experience with Business Intelligence Solutions and a strong passion for data analysis and reporting. - Conceptual understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, indexing, partitioning, and parallel data processing. - Proficiency in writing SQL/R/Python scripts or any other scripting language for data retrieval and analytics. - Ability to create reports using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. - Experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) is preferred. - Experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus. - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.,
