As a Client Relationship Manager, your main goal is to maintain and manage strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for communicating regularly with clients, updating them about ongoing services, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving issues promptly. Your role also includes retaining existing clients and expanding business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Procure existing clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth referrals. - Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices for services. - Conduct quality assurance on all produced documents such as research articles, review articles, and books. - Keep clients updated about the latest services offered by the company. - Manage a team of representatives offering customer support. - Understand customer problems and troubleshoot with optimal and effective solutions. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any masters degree. - Experience: Fresher. - Knowledge of research thesis or journals. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. - Research and development skills.
