Job Description: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. You are expected to perform independently and become an SME. Furthermore, you are required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, identify and address technical issues proactively, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
