Role Overview: As a Trainee / Jr. Officer at our company, you will be responsible for supporting pharmaceutical operations by utilizing your educational background in B. Pharm / M. Pharm. Your key responsibilities will include having a basic knowledge of various pharmaceutical processes such as Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating, and Bottle Packing. Additionally, you will be required to demonstrate hands-on understanding of equipment like Glatt Integrated Line, Blenders, Sifter, Mill, Fette Compression Machine, Capsule Filling, Auto Coater, Bottle Filling Line, etc. It is essential to have knowledge of preparation & execution of SOPs, BMR/BPR documentation, equipment qualification, GMP guidelines, SCADA-based machines, and effective communication skills. Any advantage will be given to candidates with QMS understanding and online documentation experience. Key Responsibilities: - Possess basic knowledge of pharmaceutical operations including Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule Filling, Coating, and Bottle Packing. - Demonstrate hands-on understanding of equipment such as Glatt Integrated Line, Blenders, Sifter, Mill, Fette Compression Machine, Capsule Filling, Auto Coater, Bottle Filling Line, etc. - Execute preparation & SOPs, BMR/BPR documentation, and equipment qualification effectively. - Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and demonstrate proficiency in operating SCADA-based machines. - Possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate within the team and with stakeholders. Qualification Required: - B. Pharm / M.
