Role Overview: As a Software Developer at UST, you will be responsible for creatively developing applications and selecting appropriate technical options to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance. You will be expected to interpret application designs, code, debug, test, document, and communicate product development stages, ensuring validation with user representatives. Your role will involve selecting technical options for development, influencing customer satisfaction, setting FAST goals, and providing feedback to team members. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component design and develop in accordance with specifications - Code, debug, test, and document product/component/feature development stages - Validate results with user representatives and integrate the overall solution - Select appropriate technical options for development and optimize efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self and team, and provide feedback to team members - Adhere to engineering process and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Identify technical issues during project execution - Identify and address defects in the code - Ensure on-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Manage delivery of modules and/or user stories - Perform defect root cause analysis and mitigation - Estimate effort for project development - Contribute to design/architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models - Clarify requirements, provide guidance to the development team, and present design options to customers - Set FAST goals, understand team members" aspirations, and ensure team engagement - Obtain relevant domain/technology certifications Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in C# Development - Proficiency in MS SQL Server & SQL queries - Working experience in Agile environment - 3-5 years of experience - Awareness of ReactJS, DevOps, HTML, and related technologies About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients to embed innovation and agility into their organizations.
