As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of features, bug-fixing, and delivering solutions while adhering to coding and quality guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and implementing (unit/integration) tests to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and do not impact the installed base. - Performing code reviews, providing documentation inputs, and ensuring delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes. - Coordinating with Product Owners for product backlog management, concept grooming, and continuous delivery of features. - Ensuring integration and submission of solutions into the software configuration management system within committed delivery timelines. - Actively contributing to the risk analysis of the product. - Being a technical driver of the team. - Independently troubleshooting and solving complex problems. - Learning and trying out new technologies. - Conducting quick Proof Of Concepts/Prototypes. - Identifying and driving technical debt topics. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-12 years of development experience. - BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech from a reputed university. Additionally, you should possess strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, design principles & patterns, and a good understanding of the overall architecture. Working experience with Proxmax, Hyper-V, and VMWare would be an added advantage. Demonstrable experience with web-based debugging tools, proficiency in analyzing logs and system performance data, understanding of hardware specifications, and system resource assessment are also necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of CI/CD best practices, familiarity with Agile processes, and exposure to working with multi-site global teams are essential. Desirable skills include exposure to performance analysis tools and strong communication skills with assertiveness.,
