As a Body Electrical Electronics Parts Designer and Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of automotive ECUs, as well as their testing, integration, and localization in vehicles. Your role will involve conducting design checks using 3D software, preparing ECU controller specifications, and managing supplier interactions for controller development. You will also be involved in technical reviews with suppliers, engineering evaluations at vehicle and part levels, and coordinating to meet design and development targets. Additionally, you will be engaged in project management to ensure optimization and benchmarking in the design process. In terms of technical and functional requirements, you should possess a good understanding of all body electrical electronics parts and systems, proficiency in CAD software preferably NX10 & above, and expertise in using CANOE software. Experience in creating hardware specifications for automotive electronic controllers and knowledge of vehicle level testing are essential. Previous experience in supplier management is also desired, particularly in an Automotive OEM setting with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Automotive Electronic Controllers development. Experience in Body & Chassis Controllers development and knowledge of Vehicle Product Development Life cycle are advantageous. On a behavioral level, you are expected to be an effective team player with a positive attitude, stay updated on industrial trends (both global and domestic), and apply this knowledge in your work. You will need to coordinate department activities, represent your team in various forums, and possess good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
