Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a key member of the team as a Senior Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience, focusing on Data Governance Metadata Management and various technical skills. Your role will involve working in a hybrid model to manage data integration across platforms, contributing to enhancing the data infrastructure supporting Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance organization-wide. - Oversee Metadata Management processes to maintain accurate and consistent metadata across systems. - Provide expertise in Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service to enhance data discoverability and usability. - Implement Cloud Data Profiling to assess data quality and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and manage Cross-System Lineage to ensure data traceability and transparency. - Utilize AWS and Azure platforms to optimize data storage and processing capabilities. - Integrate Snowflake solutions to enhance data warehousing and analytics capabilities. - Design and implement ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Utilize SQL for data querying and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives. - Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all data management activities. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices to drive organizational success. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Expertise in Metadata Management and related tools. - Experience with Data Catalog and Manage Metadata Service for data management. - Proficient in Cloud Data Profiling and Cross-System Lineage techniques. - Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and Snowflake platforms for data solutions. - Solid understanding of ETL processes and SQL for data manipulation. - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.,
