Role Overview: As a Level 2 Security Technology Analyst at Client in the Security Technology Operations (STO) team, your primary focus will be on Secure Managed File Transfer using Progress MOVEit. You will play a crucial role in managing incidents and service requests, supporting the product lead, and providing advanced troubleshooting and mentorship to junior Level 1 team members. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage incident and request handling effectively - Ensure attainment and maintenance of SLAs and KPIs, including detailed reporting and timely escalation to management when needed - Promptly acknowledge and address system/application alerts - Escalate complex issues to STO management and leadership as required - Collaborate with onshore team members to lead and support patching, upgrades, and configuration changes - Manage high-priority incidents and requests related to file transfers - Ensure strict compliance with audit controls and evidence requirements - Take the lead in troubleshooting complex file transfer issues and supporting Level 1 team members - Mentor and share advanced knowledge with Level 1 analysts - Identify and assist in implementing automation and optimization opportunities Qualifications Required: - Prior experience and understanding of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and SMB - 5-7 years of experience in a security operations role - Demonstrated advanced troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to mentor junior team members,
