As a Lv1 Security Technology Analyst at Client within the Security Technology Operations (STO) team, you will be responsible for working with a global security toolkit, specifically focusing on Secure Managed File Transfer using Progress MOVEit. Your primary focus will be on incident and service request management, collaborating with senior team members on various projects and initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include excellent handling of incidents and requests, assisting in achieving and maintaining SLAs and KPIs, acknowledging and addressing system/application alerts, escalating issues to STO management when necessary, supporting patching, upgrades, and configuration changes, managing high-priority incidents and requests related to file transfers, and ensuring compliance with audit controls and evidence requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and SMB. Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBi, PowerPoint, and Excel is beneficial. Ideally, you should have 1-3 years of experience in a security operations role, along with confidence in troubleshooting and strong communication skills.,
